Privacy policy

This is a small business with a simple website. There is no account system and no newsletter. You can reach us by phone or by the contact form, and this page explains exactly what happens to what you send either way.

The contact form

If you use the form on our contact page, what you type — your name, phone number, and optionally your email, area and a description of the job — is emailed to us so we can quote and schedule the work. That is the only thing it is used for. It does not go on a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or share it with data brokers or lead-generation companies.

The message is delivered through Resend, an email service acting on our behalf. It passes through their systems in order to reach our inbox.

Analytics

We do not run Google Analytics, advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.

Our host, Cloudflare, does add a small script of its own that counts page views. It is privacy-first by design — no cookies, and it does not track people across sites. We can see rough traffic numbers from it; we cannot see who you are.

What we collect when you call

To do the job we need your name, phone number, the address or location of the work, and a description of the lock, vehicle or safe involved. We keep a record of work performed so that the 12-month warranty can be honored, and because a licensed locksmith is expected to maintain service records.

Proof of ownership

We check identification and proof of ownership on every job. We verify these documents at the time of service and note that verification took place; we do not need to retain copies of your identification for routine work.

Who we share it with

Nobody, other than where the law requires it. We do not sell customer information, and we do not pass your job to a third-party dispatcher — the company you call is the company that comes.
